Room for Rent in Göteborg Pics are stills from videos due to group setting Videos in comments I’m looking for someone to rent a furnished room in my apartment in Göteborg, just 12 minutes from the city centre by tram. The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, bedding and towels. You’ll also have access to all shared areas, including the kitchen, living room, dishwasher and TV. Laundry facilities are shared with the other tenants in the building. The apartment has two cats, so it’s important that you’re comfortable living with cats and don’t have any cat allergies. Rent and amenities - Approximately 6,000 SEK per month, depending on the electricity bill - Fibre broadband and Wi-Fi included - Professional deep cleaning twice a month, included in the rent The rent is slightly higher than average because regular professional cleaning is included, helping to keep the shared spaces clean and comfortable. References from previous tenants are available upon request.
